Reservation & Payment
All reservations at Jiwa Jawa Resort are confirmed reservations and are non-refundable.
The full amount for the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Rescheduling Policy
Confirmed reservations may be rescheduled based on availability on the new arrival date.
If an upgraded room is required, the additional upgrade charge must be settled upon check-in.

Guest & Room Policy
If the number of rooms or guests is fewer than the total guarantee, the full charge will still apply based on the agreed total guarantee.
If the number of guests exceeds the room capacity, an additional room will be required, or additional charges will apply according to the total number of extra rooms needed.

Non-Smoking Policy
All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking inside the room will result in a penalty charge equivalent to the room rate.

Durian Restriction
Bringing durian into the room is strictly prohibited.
If a guest is found with durian in the room, a penalty charge equivalent to the room rate will apply.
